Project Description:
The domestic waste transferred by the waste transfer station is rich in organic matter, which will produce a large amount of non-methane total under suitable conditions. Hydrocarbons, dichloromethane, toluene, limonene, ethylene, acetone and other toxic and harmful odor pollutants. These odorous substances can cause loss of appetite, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting, and can directly harm the respiratory tract, endocrine system, and nervous system. If not treated, it will seriously endanger the health of staff and surrounding residents. In December 2018, Tianjin Yuanzhuo Environment successfully won the bid for the waste gas treatment project of No. 2, 3, 4, and 5 waste transfer stations in Tianjin Sino-Singapore Eco-city. After the project was completed, it was highly recognized by customers; in July 2019, it won the bid for No. 8 waste again. The waste gas treatment project of the transfer station (with an air volume of 50,000m³/h) is currently under construction.

The garbage pneumatic conveying system in the southern part of the eco-city covers an area of about 5.6 square kilometers, covering a building area of about 5.32 million square meters, serving a population of about 100,000 people, with a total designed conveying capacity of 87.2 tons per day. After the project is completed, it will become the largest dry and wet classification pneumatic conveying system in Asia.
