Physical adsorption is caused by intermolecular forces, which is a reversible process. Because intermolecular forces are ubiquitous, physical adsorption has no selectivity. The adsorption amount is proportional to the boiling point of the adsorbate. Physical adsorption is generally carried out at a lower temperature, and the process is similar to that of steam condensation. As long as the temperature or air pressure is increased, the adsorbate will be precipitated.

2. Scrubbing

Generally, the solid impurities and water-soluble gas in the waste gas are removed with water, and the waste gas can be cooled together, which can be used as a pretreatment for biological treatment and plasma treatment.

3. Condensation

Condensation is the use of gases with different saturated vapor pressures at different temperatures and pressures. Under the condition of decreasing temperature or increasing pressure, some pollutants condense out to achieve the purpose of purification or recovery, and even different The condensation temperature is high, and different pollutants are separated to achieve the purpose of recycling exhaust gas.

The operating cost of the condensation method is relatively high, and it is suitable for the recovery of high-concentration and high-boiling VOCs. This method is not suitable for low-concentration organic waste gas; the simple condensation method often cannot meet the specified separation requirements, so this method is often used as adsorption, combustion and other pretreatment processes to purify high-concentration exhaust gas.

4. Masking

Adopt stronger aromatic odor and odor blend to mask odor and make it acceptable to people. It is suitable for occasions where the influence of low concentration odor gas needs to be eliminated immediately and temporarily. The odor intensity is about 2.5, no The advantage of organizing the emission source is that the effect of odor can be eliminated as soon as possible, the flexibility is large, and the cost is low. The disadvantage is that the odor component is not removed.

5. Dilution and dispersion method
